Throw/Strike Rules
If you can Throw, you can only Throw once per Move. If you can Strike multiple targets, one of those targets can be Thrown. You cannot Strike the same target twice in one Move, nor can you Throw and Strike the same target in one Move. However, you can Strike a target and Throw a different target at the previous target. Alternatively, you can Throw a target at another creature and then subsequently Strike that other creature in the same Move.
Movement Types: Unless otherwise specified, your normal Speed and Movement is walking/running. This includes the ability to walk up or down ramps and into Gates. Below are a list of advanced Movement types.
- Climb: You can traverse any vertical wall, which includes all Terrain, Explosive or otherwise. Moving from one level to another in this way does not count as a hx moved. Only horizontal movement counts against your Speed.
- Fly: You can traverse any gap, wall, or land during your Move. However, you must land on the ground when you are not Moving and in between turns. For example, you cannot stop your Movement over lava, otherwise you would land on that ground and suffer the corresponding effects.
- Burrow: You can move underground, leaving a trace behind of where you originally burrowed. You can only burrow up to 10 feet (2hx) deep, in the case of attempting to traverse chasms and the like. But you can end your Movement while Burrowing, enjoying 100% Cover. Any AoE effects within range, however, still affect you unless otherwise stated, and you cannot use any Attacks or Techniques while Burrowing.
- Swim: You can move through water or safe liquid of any kind without drowning or sinking.
